Product Description
This multifunctional magnetizing machine features integrated processes including material feeding, inkjet coding, gasket installation, magnetic charging, and material collection. The upgraded simplified operation mode incorporates a dual-channel feeding design with an innovative suction nozzle stacker mechanism replacing traditional feeding systems. Quick parameter adjustments can be made by simply changing fixtures to accommodate various product specifications. Equipped with Mitsubishi PLC control for easy circuit maintenance, the machine also includes a human-machine interface touchscreen enabling instant parameter modifications, complemented by sensor monitoring for fault detection.
