Product Description
To address the challenges of manual processing for post-production operations like material discharge and stacking in the production of square, tile-shaped, and irregularly shaped magnetic sheets, we have developed this equipment to reduce production costs and enhance efficiency.
The equipment consists of a feeding mechanism, vibration feeder, conveyor channel, advancing mechanism, receiving platform, and control circuit. It automatically aligns products from scattered materials into orderly stacks according to preset quantities. When the receiving tray is full, the equipment stops automatically, requiring only manual replacement of the tray to resume operation. The equipment is simple to operate and easy to maintain.
