Product Description
The equipment demonstrates strong adaptability. By simply modifying the feeding structure and interchanging components, it can process various NdFeB permanent magnet materials and materials with comparable physical properties within the specified range.
Equipment Components:
1. The grinding head motor adopts a four-station 2.2kW permanent magnet synchronous motor, with a direct-drive motor shaft for the grinding wheel. It features a simple structure, stable and reliable performance, and easy replacement.
2. The grinding feed system adopts high precision guide rail screw design, manual setting automatic servo feed, single feed precision is high.
3. The rubber wheel feeding component is composed of 200W speed-adjustable motor and adjustable rubber wheel.
4. The conveyor belt assembly consists of a 120W speed-regulated motor, belt, and front/rear drive pulleys. Featuring a single-sided design, it allows customers to quickly replace the belt, saving time and reducing operational costs.
Power and Control System:
1. The electrical cabinet is embedded in the chassis to save space.
2. The system employs Mitsubishi PLC for control, ensuring easy circuit maintenance. It features a human-machine interface (HMI) touchscreen for real-time data monitoring and rapid parameter adjustment.
