The main grinding head is equipped with a 7.5 kW servo motor with adjustable speed, consuming only 70% of the energy required by conventional motors while ensuring stable performance. The grinding feed system employs a high-precision lead screw design with manual or automatic servo control, enabling a feed rate of up to 0.01 mm per cycle. The material feeding system utilizes a hydraulic reciprocating mechanism, offering straightforward operation, easy maintenance, and reliable precision assurance.Controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC, the system offers easy circuit maintenance. It features a human-machine interface touchscreen for real-time monitoring of various data and rapid parameter adjustment. Additionally, it includes sensor-based fault detection: when a malfunction occurs, the touchscreen instantly identifies the fault location and triggers automatic shutdown.
