Product Description
1.Using the reducer manual feed, the stability of the grinding head is 5 times that of the traditional grinding machine.
2.The protective cover of the whole machine is improved and optimized, and the dustproof and waterproof performance is improved by 3 grades.
3.The new rubber wheel feeding system is used, which has a more compact structure, solves the problem of fine adjustment, and overcomes the problems of many links and water leakage on the working table in the traditional chain transmission.
4.The conveyor belt is replaced with independent transmission, and the speed and height can be adjusted conveniently.
5.Optimization of control system：
① Mechatronics design, electrical cabinet embedded in the machine base, space saving 20%.
② Using PLC touch screen, with circuit fault detection function, timely display the cause of the fault and stop. The circuit is simpler, more convenient to maintain.
③ With the safety self-locking function of the motor, it can effectively protect the main motor from misoperation and overcurrent phenomenon.
